Heart of a Nurse Engraved

Personalized Stone Nurse Gift Plaque Engraved with Her Name

Many of us know a nurse who provides the type of care that only comes from a special heart! This plaque is a great way to thank and honor the nurse who shared their heart with you!

Add a name and it is engraved inside the sculpted heart, just below Nursing is a work of Heart. It has an embedded hook for hanging on a wall, fence or tree, and it also stands on its own on a shelf, mantel or windowsill. This personalized nurse gift is cast in stone at our Ohio studio from an original George Carruth design. A thoughtful gift for Nurses' Day, graduation or retirement.
