To be clear, the one star is NOT about the product or quality, but in regard to customer service. I am a repeat customer and knew the products came in branded boxes. When I ordered this piece I specifically indicated it was a gift and requested it not be shipped in conspicuous packaging because it would diminish the gift impact if my wife accepted the delivery. That request was ignored and the product arrived in a boldly branded box which my wife received. So much for the element of surprise.

It is a birthday gift for my 80 year old friend, I know it is going to put a big smile on her face!
