The item was on sale and I put in the coupon information and it was rejected and the item immediately was charged to me at the regular price. I got an automatic response saying you'd get back to me -- you never did -- from one of them and no response at all from the second. You are a horrible company. The product is fine and the recipient was pleased but I'd never buy from you again....and your constant bombardment of ads to me is another turnoff. Singing up for an ocassional newsletter is not something every day!

We will certainly credit the purchase if a discount should have been applied and wasn't. Regarding 'constant bombardment of ads', we do advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Google. However, these platforms determine who sees the ads. We do not selectively advertise to individuals. You should be able to make modifications to your advertising and privacy settings within these platforms to limit what they show you.
It's possible you've confused us with another company as we do not email a newsletter to subscribers on our website. We only email special offers and promotions to those who consent to receive them. We have sent a total of 4-5 customer emails over the past 35 days. We do not send daily emails. We hope you will give us another chance as we are always willing to help customers place an order over the phone if you encounter problems.
